I bought a Trakker Jackal jacket back in Feb. this year and untill today i'd never been out in any real rain. I was'nt too happy to find when i took it off after my morning session that the lining was soaking wet!image It's advertised as being waterproof and windproof, so while it is warm enough, the waterproofing on mine leaves a bit to be desired. I'm affraid it could contaminate any fishing tackle placed inside the Case ?

I have tried soapy water and Fabreeze without success.

After fishing I put it on the roof of my car and thought I'll remember its there, I then changed my shoes etc and loaded all my gear into the car and drove off.


About an hour later I thought phone ? and then had that sinking feeling and drove back to area not really knowing where to look.

I have one of these and have used it for trotting for barbel and chub. I have done well on the chub front, but failed miserably with the barbel. Still that's user error as opposed to faulty equipment.
