I have just renewed my rod licence at my local post office ,( i'm old fashioned I know).

Silly me, I was down the post office yesterday posting a parcel, but didn't think to get my renewal. Although I won't be on a bank until June 16th so
no rush really
My small local post office is about to close. We have another small one about a mile away, and a "main" one in the town a mile the other way. This "main" one is staffed with less than helpful people, nice enough but mostly of "foreign" origin, who also run the Budgens store which is in the entrance of the Post Office. It shouldn't be like this

Don't forget to renew you fishing licence as the old one ran out yesterday.

Got mine today from the post office , still had to check that it wasn't last years licence as i have heard stories of that happening to too many anglers !
