Mickey, can i make a suggestion as i've had some experience with those stick on / embroidered patches. I've designed some logos before for Football clubs etc and although that was for printing the principal is similar. One of the small Rugby clubs i did, actually i think it was a school team, they did the embroidered patches and as the badge material is a different material to the hoodie/drill top they both faded at different rates and it didnt look great after a couple of washes.

Most good embroidery companies will be used to customizing a logo and have programs that will scan in any picture or photo and then they'll break it down in to a certain amount of thread colours they can support. The better the embroiders the bigger the machine they'll probably have and the more thread colours it will support.

Like Dave, I've seen the embroidered Ringwood ones (actually on Sunday) and they are decent quality. What we need is a good quality hoodie that will withstand a few seasons abuse with quality embroidery to do the Kingfisher proud.

Just a thought guys...although maybe Micky should have the final say as it is his site? Perhaps get a sample for him to sign off on and put a photo up as most companies can knock up a sample pretty easily.
