Managed to steal a few hours on one of my club lakes today and picked a venue that i haven't fished before. Within an hour i had managed to land a 15lb
7oz stunner...first Pike this season and a cracking start. Soon followed her with a 6lbder on the spinner rod before banking a new pb at 21lb 7oz....awesome!!
After that it went pretty quiet before i topped off the day with a 10lb 10oz! Looking forward to getting down there again soon

Hehe well my start to the pike season gone less well 
picked this little fella up in 3rd swim of day on Thames on floatfished smelt,
really thought that would mean Id get a few more as I roamed down river ...but not to be....took a pic as any fish caught in the snow is a good fish as far as
im concerned
