Hi,
Any recommendations for a fishing umbrella/day shelter setup? Something that'll fit in a roving quiver like a super specialist. Cheers Ken |

Having had a disaster with a Wychwood over a year ago (it got wrecked after about 2 trips) I, and some of my pals, have been looking. I have a 60" overnighter but wanted something suitable for "normal" sessions. We did eventually go for a Korum Stromshield 50" brolly with sides see here Bit early for a review, but it has withstood some pretty bad weather so far. Notwithstanding bad reviews on a 50" Korum elsewhere, we believe this Stormshield is NOT the same quality as that one. Time will tell, but it's worth a good look. paul4 |

JRC Oval or Fox Oval Plus brollies are great, they offer loads of protection and have storm sides for added protection too. I got my JRC one on ebay for £40
new plus postage. Or maybe consider the JRC stealth as it also has an overwrap available should you want a bit more comfort and session fish.
